The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the friendly reception staff to the knowledgeable porter, everyone made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to major expressways and close proximity to Winter Park. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection, including fresh berries and bottled smoothies. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The facilities, including the pool, were well-kept and enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff also provided great customer service, happily answering any questions we had and quickly meeting our requests for more towels. we had a great experience.

They quickly responded to all my questions and even brought more towels for the pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big and well-kept pool. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the comfortable bed and pillows allowed me to have a restful night's sleep. Plus, the view from my window was absolutely amazing. I also enjoyed the delicious room service, which was always on time. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to the Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center and other attractions in the city.
